Safe Spaces is delivered by Learning for Good, an ACNC registered charity. By using this website or taking part in the program, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You may browse and share this website freely. Please do not misuse it, attempt to interfere with it, or use it to send false or misleading enquiries.

Enquiries and enrolment

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a training agreement. We will contact you to confirm access, timing, and what your club needs. Introductory access is offered free to Australian clubs at our discretion, and we may vary or withdraw that offer.

Training content and its limits

The training builds confidence to recognise and respond to signs of domestic and family violence in a venue. It is educational, not clinical, legal, or crisis advice, and it does not make anyone a counsellor or investigator. Your club remains responsible for its own policies, incident procedures, and legal obligations.

Course access and accounts

Platform logins are for the named participant and must not be shared. We may suspend access that is shared, misused, or used in breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

All course material, guides, templates, and site content belong to Learning for Good or its partners. Your club may use the material for training your own staff. You may not resell it, publish it, or use it to deliver competing training without our written permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the program accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
